b99bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each registered player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on b99bet. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, b99bet will close all but the original account, void any associated bets, and may confiscate any winnings obtained through the duplicate account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. b99bet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have knowingly shared them with another person.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms. Remaining balances will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All financial transactions on b99bet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

b99bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳10,000, where account activity has triggered our fraud monitoring systems, or where KYC verification has not yet been completed.

Any funds deposited into your b99bet account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming activity only. b99bet accounts are not banking products and do not accrue interest.

All bets placed on b99bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other game categories offered on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules governing that bet.

Key general betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. b99bet will not reverse or cancel a bet at a player's request after it has been placed, except where a technical error on our side demonstrably affected the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules specific to that sport and market, as detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
• In live casino games, the result displayed by the game provider's live stream is final. Any connectivity issue on the player's side that interrupts a game round does not entitle the player to a refund of their stake.

b99bet may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The terms applicable to each individual promotion — including the wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum deposit threshold, and expiry date — will be stated clearly at the point of offer.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all b99bet promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they may be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
